Always use your own Username and Password. Do not log in with another person’s user name or allow anyone else to use yours. You are responsible for the use of your own account. Make every effort to keep your password secret. If it becomes known by others, apply for another password at the technicians room on Modern Languages floor (C block). Always change your password when the computer requests you do so. |
|
Save your work every 10 minutes and always keep a copy of your work in your own user area, even if you are taking work home on floppy disk or memory stick. In the event of a problem, it would be better to go back to the copy in your user area than to have to start again. |
